Our Gurkha Community Centre

Dear Friend,

You will be delighted to know that we have negotiated the use of a church hall in the middle of Ashford on every Thursday except on the few days that it is used as a polling station for elections. Starting on 14th of February the hall will be open from 10-00am until 5-30pm. Next month we hope to be able to open until 9-00pm so that our youngsters can practise their dancing and singing, etc.
The hall is St Francis Church Hall, Cryol Road, Ashford, Kent, TN23 7AS. To celebrate the launch of our Gurkha Community Centre we are inviting all our friends and supporters to join the Church Community for a glass of mulled wine and a little Gurkha cuisine starting at 12-00 noon on Sunday 24th of February. This will coincide with the end of the church service. Please come and join us!
Every Thursday all our friends and supporters will be welcome to visit the Centre and enjoy light refreshments and chat with their friends. Help and advice will be available on a comprehensive number of issues: such as medical, social services, pensions, benefits, jobs, training, education and housing.

Best Wishes,

Brian Staley
